No experience? No problem. We provide paid onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing mentorship. You can also earn a $1,000 bonus by completing the Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) program.

Meaningful One-on-One Care
You’ll work directly with clients in their homes, allowing you to provide personalized support and build real relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and evening routines
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Support safe mobility within the home
- Communicate with families and the office team

What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- No prior caregiving experience required
