What You'll Do
As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting independence, safety, and dignity.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare nutritious meals and encourage healthy eating
- Offer medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and household support
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands
- Assist with mobility and fall prevention
- Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
- Promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Paid training provided for qualified candidates
